When we feel empty

Not everyone who suffers from some kind of psychological or mental ailments only feel depressed or empty .

Feeling empty is also common in all of us ,especially when our Life has been through so many ups and downs and we find ourselves resigned to fate ,more accepting of the situations ,however bitter or difficult it may seem .

These are common reasons to feel a sense of void

So, how do we find a way out of this emptiness

Just as the sense of feeling empty does not stem from one single reason , similarly a solution to find a way out of the void is also not through a single proven method

It’s a highly subjective ,consequential and complex thing to be in and would equally require an expert , a mindset shift ,& a new perspective to move out from it .

Some of the very common needs left unfulfilled ,are considered to be the key reasons of feeling “Void” inside us are listed below.
The many many layers of stars, underneath which lies its core

Feeling empty is like several layers underneath which , lies its core ,and in order to reach it ,one need to slowly and carefully penetrate as to understand both the cause and effect of it .

Did you ever felt empty due to the unmet inner needs ?

Do you find yourself resigning to fate and want to give up ?

Do you no longer pursue a solution ?

If any one of your answers are closer to yes or you have been here, seek help and find your solution , the solution could be complex but not beyond a Coach’s reach.
