Office Politics is here to stay and as a Woman we all have experienced it, regardless of our experience level or authority.
Rebecca was no different.
As an emerging woman leader, she found herself in a space that most of us do especially when we are transitioning into the higher level of authority where the number gets skewed and the competition fierce.
Through this video series, I intent to bring a step-by-step technique from my coaching work that you can use for your own individual solution.

which then would assist you evaluate the underlying reasons, which we often fail to capture, due to the daily grind of our work that keep us occupied.
