There are times when I end up learning that,one of very close and key people within my network, have unsubscribed from my mail list.

There are times when I end up learning that complete new strangers ,loved and liked my work so much,have even left a generous note of appreciation for me.

Then there are also times, when I have consciously removed people from the list.

Initially it did mattered ,I kept thinking what & why ….

But today ,the truth I have learnt is ,we all have a choice!

Some choose to connect and some choose to disconnect

For those that stay behind ,have a lot to gain

For those that I have removed were added by error,and were in a wrong place

& For those that left, I respect their choice !
