With just 10 more days for 2020 to close.

I write you my friend, thank you for being part of Mehnaz’s journey

You may not have subscribed to my coaching , or a CBT session , but just being part of my community from any social media platform ,which is now more than 17,759 and counting I take this moment to Thank you! for being with me .

The most strangest part of 2020 ,was, it came with a universal grip of chaos and uncertainty to everyone across the globe ,which in no way can be dismissed as a co-incidence.

Whenever history would be written ,I’m sure this year would not be missed ,filled with stories from across the global but with a same underlying theme.

But as the wise say , be it good or bad ,everything ends, so is 2020 .

& hopefully the coming year brings with it gifts of Health ,Happiness and success to each and everyone of us.

This year was filled with a lot ,which is best left undescribed.

But this year also brought the world as a community together ,humanity preceding above all.

While I write to you, I had my own share of personal loss ,in this year , but also some good learnings from this year which include a more resilient, wiser me :).

I’m sure you have learnt your lessons.

Let’s close it with a prayer and hope that Almighty in the coming times brings in glad tidings, keep us all protected ,safe with God’s infinite mercy and blessings.
