There are days in life which test us to the core.
Difficult days
And on such days, besides the main key issue that’s keeping us overwhelmed, you will also find coincidentally various other non-random people and things would be testing our patience.
This can further lead to more irritability enveloping; the annoyance has crossed the tolerance threshold and all you want is to run a magic wand and run away to a far-off place where no one can find you or you no longer have to deal with any of it.
And then you open your eyes to realize, a whimsical wish crossing your mind which is seldom true and that any of this is a possibility!
Coming back to reality, one finds that there are very limited options to deal with such frustrations.
While it is true that not all irritations have a possible solution, except to put up with them,
The Good news is that
not all is lost, here’s a guided meditation which can come handy on such rough days.
I’ve found it to be extremely useful, I’m sure you would too, while (listening to my own voice was kind of a surreal experience in the beginning, but Iam sure you do not have to deal with this at least)
Guided Meditation Forgive those who frustrate you
A gift for you
Here is an additional gift for you, a picture of yellow bell flowers, standing tall against the sweltering heat, shining brilliantly bringing in the needed solace to a sore eye!
My thoughts
Despite the brevity of their life span which last only few hours, only to wither away, yet these tiny flowers have so much to generously offer, while I stayed wrapped in my head with unnecessary frustrations, bickering, moaning for the same amount of time.
During one such difficult day this meditation, and a mindful minute with these tiny flowers rescued me and restored my resilience, therefore sharing it with hope and prayers that it would assist you in a similar way.
