Today, I am coming to you with an idea that I’ve been working on for almost three years now.
While I coach working women to overcome workplace challenges and have been instrumental in transforming both careers and personal lives of several working women.
I’ve also been fortunate enough to have coached a good number of men who have been working with me on various areas of life along with workplace challenges. To name a few, being emotionally intelligent to building resiliency, using tact to deal with office politics to finding meaning and purpose of life are some of the most popular ones.
The Idea
The idea to offer Coaching exclusively on self-awareness have always been on my mind, I have to some extent already coached some of you on it, however it remained just one part in the overall work, while I wanted to offer it as an exclusive program that can transform your life at very profound level.
this idea stems from my intention; and I intent …. you live a rich, meaningful Life which is driven by a purpose, and not heedless in search of clarity and constantly adjusting yourself to a life that’s already uncertain, unpredictable and full of complexities.
My intention stems from my naivety and lack of self-awareness that almost sums up and have been the core reasons for the many hardships and failures I could have easily avoided, had I been more Self-Aware!
