Meet these three brilliant women, with more than a decade at the workplace, now gearing up to move up the career ladder.

They belong to different industries and work with different colleagues in a completely different environment and career growth opportunities.

-Nikhat has a track record of excellent performance and a reward for best Team lead.

-No one can beat Riya for her financial acumen, and her eye for detail makes her the go-to person for every complex part of the project that needs a double-check

-Seema is methodical and organized and has, to her credit, launched several complex assignments to success.

However, despite holding the latest skills and technical competence, all three of them are going through a common struggle that’s keeping them stuck in realising their potential.

What’s holding them back?

Self-doubt, 

The constant inner voice that nags and yells, “Iam not good enough”, Iam a fraud” they will come to know about it soon; I will be exposed; it’s just by fluke I got this success; Iam not worthy, a.k.a. Imposter syndrome.

As these three different emerging woman leaders make their way to the top, the lack of PI Political Intelligence and IS “Imposter Syndrome.” together has kept them stuck in their own bubble, a glass ceiling of their own making, and unless they learn to break it, they cannot chart a path forward.

Regardless of the skill development and competence that brought them here, they need much more to move forward.

& To do so, the first step is to identify the level of imposter syndrome one is carrying each day at work!

Once the diagnosis is clear, the solution will find its way.
