What matters to “You” Today?

Having suffered from vertigo since childhood, and sporadic bouts of it, in addition to seasonal, hormonal changes and physical exhaustion.

I would often run into panic mode every time my head goes dizzy, and my ears ring with tinnitus.

So, the first time I was working with my mentor coach, trying to understand

What really mattered to me,

My response sheet was filled with the answers all revolving around health, but more so, being independent, making it to the top of my value list.

Reason?

The vertigo episode, followed by anxiety and anxious thoughts, of losing balance, was equivalent to being dependent on someone in this cruel world.

I was stuck in a loop of overthinking and overwhelm, enmeshed in fear of dependency.

If you ask me the same question today, my answers might be very different; however, the principal reason may remain the same.

Principal reason here = Values (what matters the most).

Do you know an interesting fact?

Our values are like oxygen—everywhere, invisible, and quietly governing every choice we make

From our needs, wants, or purpose, to present-day challenges, each under its influence, yet most of us are NOT EVEN aware of it.

If you are wondering how this is possible?

Stay tuned, next week we shall learn more about this in detail.

In the meantime, grab your notepad and answer this

The Last day :Tool
