I begin with the list of tolerations
- In relations, I’m tolerating my highly diplomatic relatives and cousins who are way too tactful for my direct approach.
- At work, I’m tolerating the long periods of uncertainty in generating leads, and every day, increasing competition from AI-built content.
- With self, I’m tolerating my Transition phase from being an adult to a midlife adult as I enter my 45th year of existence
The next step will be to answer the two questions below with a time period assigned to each.
What will I do to reduce what I’m putting up with?
