Understand, who you are.

Last week when I was arranging my wardrobe, I found my journal from the year 2009, though it does not consist of any special events or something worth mentioning, one thing that caught my attention was the observations, and pointers I usually write about after the end of every month.

The observation from Oct 2009 to the end of the next year, surprised me, for it had my constant worry about my father’s smoking habit and his health, being constantly observed and noted, while my father was very happy living abroad in his new job enjoying the cold weather of Tabuk a small town in Saudia, very close to Jordan ,While, I here in India, despite being promoted year after year, breaking records of performances and rewards, deep down was enveloped in an unknown fear, that I could not articulate for a very long time.

It was only after a lot of deep work, venturing into the inward side of my “self”, sometimes hesitatingly, and often times with curiosity, explored the vulnerable me, those parts of me, which I felt deeply ashamed and embarrassed to ever let anyone learn about it, my stories of fears and failures, which kept me always away from what I truly deserved.

This exploration was uncomfortable in the beginning but brought profound changes at the root level, transforming me and my life forever!

Just like truth is stranger than fiction, our most vulnerable side, which we often consider as our weakness, is what gives us the power to lead, in my case, my vulnerable side filled with experiences and stories of fears, and failures, along with the deep grief gave me the strength I never thought I had.

So, what is exploring one’s inner self?

Venturing into the inner self is a combination of several methods, it ranges from using basic tools to develop oneself at one end to being coached on doing the deep work at the other end, in between lies a plethora of techniques, concepts, information and practice.

Mini Course

So, I’ve designed a mini-course, with the intention to assist anyone, in need of a tool that could help them reconnect back to themself at a basic level.

If you happen to be just like me, thinking to explore your inner self, or want to just know yourself a bit more, this one is for you.
