Immediate Next Step when going through a stressful situation.

I find the most difficult thing to define is Life, because it is so unique, yet so common, with a lot we all share with each other.

There are days where we are enjoying life, and then there are days where, not everything seems to be moving in the right direction, our plans do not work out, we miss deadlines, a minor inconvenience can spill into a major crisis, and we find ourselves back into a phase ruminating or struggling to find a way out of the mess we are in.

Besides our different state of mind, on different days, you may also experience, some find it easier to move out of a stressful situation easily while others struggle for days together.

Our ability to deal with difficult and challenging issues depends less on the external issue, which we seldom hold any control and more on the practices we have learned or acquired to prepare us for our tough days.

This practice is a culmination of various techniques and tools, one has to learn and practice over a period of time and since one size fits all does not apply, each one of us may need an individualistic customized plan for our respective resiliency needs.

For such difficult days, here is a tool I have designed which is simple to use and equally effective in giving you a calm state of mind in distress.

The only condition being you need to practice it on a daily basis.
