Coping with breathing & acceptance

The Laura story of crisis has now moved into a phase, which demanded from her to get into action.

So far Laura, worked on understanding the underlying issues through the tools and concepts of Values (what matters most to her) and her strengths.

Now,

It was time for Laura to practice and experience the solutions that she sought.

For most of us, including Laura this phase is the most pivotal, because of its transitionary aspect, which in reality is slowly moving the individual practicing it to experience the change both internally and externally.

This phase also often time demands consistency along with the ability to stay put with the discomfort that is inevitable,however,even a small step towards it may result in a huge difference in the long run.
