I’ve been into such situations several times, despite my best work on
self-awareness.
When I wondered why and tried to read some of the patterns from my journal notes, it turns out the real culprit is the negative self-talk; I’ve also been practising along with it.
No wonder I quickly was back to square one!
Negative self talk
Self-talk always impacts us, and a negative one more than we may imagine, but to trace it in the mayhem of life, we need to read our patterns, which may not be as easy it sounds.
Therefore, I bring to you a mini workshop through which I explain the most common incorrect coping mechanisms we all may practice without any trace of understanding where it all comes from in the first place.
