Thank you Mind technique

For most of my life, I’ve been second-guessing myself and my work; no amount of success, accolades or achievements could stop me from doing so.

And then came a point in my life when I found myself trapped in a constant chatter of mind, either evaluating or second-guessing.

As a result, the chaos would spread from my upper neck to my inner ears, and they would ring followed by a vertigo (Yes, I have tinnitus).

Phew!

I asked myself if there was a way I could stop this.

My prayers got answered, and I learnt a technique that I practise to this day every time I find myself caught up in conversations with people and relations long ended or past traumas that linger on just waiting to pounce back in life at a mere trigger!

It is the “Thank You Mind Technique”

I’m sure you will find it equally beneficial the way I did, and I would also practice it anytime your ACG -Anterior Cingulate Gyrus, the part of the brain responsible for shifting your thoughts from one  to another goes disarray

Listen to it here and do share your experience of it .

I look forward to hearing back from you.
