This coaching case left a deep impact on me for two reasons.
— The person I was coaching was my relative and the funeral we both were at of a common relative, which offered both of us the needed pause and perspective.
This common relative was a 27-year-old girl whose life was cut short by a terminal illness.
–In this particular coaching assignment, I found a breakthrough from closure of life for my client, while ironically her issue was a constant chase of the most obvious & the immediate and then she sulked as success evaded her.
Often times we keep chasing things as if there’s no tomorrow, caught up in stress and overwhelm, living in that distant future which perhaps is not even certain that it may unfold for some of us.
Watch the story here.
This video entails the work we did together and how through a change of perspective, I was able to assist my client(relative) find her way out of the problem.
If you pay attention to it, there is a lot even the closure of life teaches us as it bid goodbye forever!
