Boost Productivity with the 3 MIT Technique

Time is the only thing that has given to each one of us in a uniform way, with complete justice and fairness. To this, I would also include the non-living machines or items lying around subjected to wear and tear over a period of time.


But while time is evenly distributed, most of us still struggle in this space, and invite an unnecessary stress in our life.
which can be in a form of the most common symptoms, such as;

  • You find yourself telling – How do I find time to do this ?
  • You feel tired by the end of the day, where you think you did so much, yet you fail to find any concrete results and wonder why.
  • You find yourself overwhelmed with the very thought of so much to do within such a little time!
  • The constant rush has become your second nature.
  • When you have nothing to do, BOREDOM envelopes you and you begin to feel anxious instead of feeling bored.
    If you have answered a “Yes” to even one of the statements cited above.
    Here it is.
    Hold on for a second.
    Pause and breathe.

The 3 MIT technique is something you need to introduce in your life and make an effective use of your time and energy.
