Journey of Self is the title of my coaching program, I came up with this title, based on my firsthand experiences and deep work on my “Self” which I had undertaken with my coaches, mentors and arrived where I’m today.

Once upon a time, not many years ago, I was totally lost, heedless, frustrated and stuck in my career and sucked at my job.

Lacking self-awareness, resilience and emotional intelligence to navigate the complex dynamics of workspace made things worse.

As my work experiences and job titles grew so did my workplace challenges, bringing me to a cusp of derailing my career and my mental, physical health.

This video is from that phase of my life, covering all aspects of what a typical employee would do when going through a workplace challenge.

I have shared my journey through seven episodes series, with each giving you a key lesson and the cost of inaction.
