So far in our previous editions, we’ve been practising acceptance, and I’m sure by now you may have found, if not a lot, but a small(micro) shift inside you.
At this point, I want to express my deep, heartfelt gratitude to “You” for being with me in this Journey.
It means a lot. Thank you!
Today, I come to you with “My November Guest”
My November guest is a beautiful poem by Robert Frost. In this poem, Frost personifies sorrow as a guest who finds beauty in the seemingly desolate landscape of November.
The essence of the Poem lies in the fact that Frost addresses “Sorrow” as a Guest who needs to be honored and whose presence is acknowledged with whatever it entails. In a way, it’s Frost’s way of conveying to us to embrace the full spectrum of our emotions, rather than just the pleasant ones.
Let’s read it together…
This year, just like any other year, as it nears its end, leaves us all with memories like a kaleidoscope or a Robert Frost poem, reminding us that true wisdom lies in the practice of acceptance and embracing all facets of life.
& In doing so, we honor ourselves ,our life and the beauty of it.
Every time you practice it, it has an immediate effect on you as an individual and then automatically cascades to all who come in touch with you, the people who look up to you,
to people you look up to, to people you get in touch with, to people you inspire
Your Vibe travels far and wide.
So,
Welcome your” accepted you” as your November guest and let the magic unfold!
Warmly,
Mehnaz Amjad.
