We begin with an emotional healing tool that I have specifically designed and created for you.

This one is inspired by the plant Mimosa Pudica.

What’s that?

Mimosa pudica, commonly known as the sensitive plant or touch-me-not. This plant is famous for its remarkable sensitivity to external stimuli. When touched, its leaves fold inward and droop, a defence mechanism against potential threats.

The reaction is almost immediate, reflecting how it perceives and responds to even gentle contact.


As we come midst and thick into the holiday season, some of us are all geared up building plans; however, some of us, the sensitive ones, these are the times when we end up feeling a lot. Emotional- Edgy-touchy!

Almost turning into a touch-me-not Mimosa?( Holidays, Weddings & festive seasons are usually the most common trigger points)

Making you feel raw and extreme disdain towards people around you, filling you up with resentments that refuse to leave you.

I have been in this spot several times, often struggling to find my way out.

On such tricky occasions and sensitive “you”, I bring you this guided Meditation.
