Continuing from last week’s series

If I’m meeting you today, as you grapple to find your share of clarity, here’s what you can do to start with.

Remember, some of the most complex things in life can often be easily solved with simple tools.

Here’s one for you.

Let’s begin from the beginning.

Clarity means the state of being clear, easy to understand, or free from confusion.

If I ask you to pick one area in your life where you’re craving clarity, what would that be? Think.

And

If you are finding it is difficult to exactly pinpoint that one area,

Start from

1. Health
2. Wealth
3. Relationships

You can add as many sub-options as you need in each option, depending on how deep you want to go and how much detail and clarity you seek.

Let’s add another layer to it by giving it a score between 1 and 3.

1 being high and 3 being low, so your scale is 1-high clarity, 2-moderate, and 3-low.

Now,

Pull out a sheet of paper, write down your options and sub-options(if you have) and assign a score to each option.

Wherever you have assigned a low score, these are the areas you‘re craving clarity the most.

Next,

Ask Yourself –

What is standing between you and the area of your life where you seek clarity?

& What is your belief about it?

Is it an unnamed Fear?

You —Yourself?

Something else….

I assume you are writing down your answers somewhere,  and whatever has come up for you, write it down uncensored; never lie to yourself.

Oftentimes, the grip of our fear is so strong that we are hesitant and reluctant even with ourselves, but today, give yourself the permission to speak out, voice it out and write it all down.

Your answers not only hold the solution, but even the clarity you seek.
