Your Score;
0–9: You’re Probably Just Tired Your mind and body are asking for recovery, not rescue. You’re likely experiencing temporary fatigue from a busy period rather than true burnout. A slower pace, quality sleep, nourishing meals, movement, and guilt-free leisure can make a remarkable difference. Give yourself permission to recharge before pushing yourself again.
10–18: You’re Heading Toward Burnout This is your early warning sign. Stress has been building, and your usual ways of coping may no longer be enough. This is the ideal time to pause, reassess your priorities, establish healthier boundaries, and seek support before exhaustion becomes chronic.
Think of this as an invitation to make small changes now rather than waiting until you’re completely depleted.
19–28: You May Be Experiencing Burnout This isn’t simply about needing a weekend off. When rest no longer restores you, motivation disappears, and everything feels heavy, your nervous system may be telling you it has been carrying too much for too long.
Burnout isn’t a sign of weakness. It’s a signal that something needs to change. Once you have run one area of your life through the set of questions, it is time for you to pick the other areas and answer the same set of questions.
