How Resilient you are?

If I ask you to quickly scan through your life and all the setbacks and failures in it and then measure how strong you were to deal with all of it, how would you do that?

More so, if you were me, you will ask me, what’s the point of assessing it and what’s in it for me.

Resiliency is derived from the root word, “resile” which means to “bounce back” after a setback, failure, or a disappointment.

Using this tool will assist you to get a firsthand diagnosis of how resilient you are or the strength you hold in dealing with any challenge.

The assessment does not judge, instead assist you to understand whether or not, the coping mechanisms or ways of dealing with life challenge’s, you have been using thus far has been able to assist you or is it, that you need to seek support and find a permanent solution to your problem.
