Mimosa pudica, commonly known as the sensitive plant or touch-me-not. This plant is famous for its remarkable sensitivity to external stimuli.

When touched, its leaves fold inward and droop, a defense mechanism against potential threats.

The reaction is almost immediate, reflecting how it perceives and responds to even gentle contact.
