Strategies to navigate workplace politics.

Questions are powerful and as a Coach, I can’t agree enough on the power of questions which are an essential part of my work life and have played a pivotal role in assisting me find clarity in the most complex of situations.

Therefore,

Today ,

I would like to begin by asking you some questions, which you can answer in just “Yes” or a “No”

If you have answered a “yes” more than four times to the set of nine questions above, it is highly likely that there’s an underlying issue at work that need support and resolution , and the reasons are clearly reflecting in the questions you have answered as a “yes”.

The questions you have answered as a “No” may not be an obvious immediate problem as compared to the one answered as a “yes” , however, since our Work is a complex interplay of lot of things including our “Self” , there is no such thing called a absolute yes or a no.

So, What’s Next?

Now that you are aware, of how Office politics and the challenges it brings with it can hinder your career progression, would you want to stay in this state ?

Or look for possible practical solutions?

If Iam not wrong, you have chosen the latter.

Our call.

To find what’s possible, let’s move to the next crucial step of finding a way out of the issue, which begins with a meaningful conversation in which you would narrate your problem at hand, and I shall assist you in charting a path forward.

Do not hesitate; there are no compulsions, and even if we are not going forward with any coaching work, we both can still enjoy a meaningful talk and can learn from each other 🙂
